Ongoing Opportunity

Programmed are currently looking for experienced Warehouse Pickers to join a busy 3PL warehouse in Eastern Creek.

With peak season approaching, we are looking for reliable people who can hit the ground running and are confident using RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is an ongoing opportunity (rostered daily) for candidates who are looking for stable work and can demonstrate a strong work ethic, good attendance and a commitment to accuracy.

Duties include:

• RF scanning and order picking
• Picking and packing orders for dispatch
• Stock replenishment
• Inventory and stock checks
• Meeting hourly productivity targets
• Maintaining a high level of order accuracy
• Following warehouse processes and safety procedures
• General warehouse housekeeping duties

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous picking experience using RF scanners (essential minimum 6 months experience)
• Experience working in a busy warehouse or distribution centre
• The ability to work to productivity KPIs
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Your own reliable transport
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
