HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a leading national law firm to recruit a Technology Trainer to join their Adelaide office on a full-time basis.


This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive training professional with strong communication skills and a passion for technology, innovation, and user engagement. You will play a key role in supporting the firm's ongoing digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation and adoption of AI tools and legal technology platforms across the business.


You will be joining a collaborative and high-performing corporate services team where you will work closely with legal and operational staff to deliver engaging training programs, provide hands-on support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning initiatives across the firm.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, simplifying technology for end users, and driving meaningful adoption of new systems and tools in a professional services environment.


The Role


You will be responsible for delivering technology training and user support across the firm, including:

  • Delivering instructor-led face-to-face and virtual training sessions to individuals and larger groups
  • Facilitating workshops, webinars, lunch-and-learn sessions, and one-on-one coaching
  • Providing hands-on training for in-house AI tools to support day-to-day workflows and productivity
  • Supporting users across a range of legal technology applications including Microsoft Office Suite, FileSite, and Aderant
  • Assisting with the rollout and implementation of new systems, processes, and technology initiatives
  • Developing training materials, quick reference guides, FAQs, and user documentation
  • Providing ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and issue escalation where required
  • Tracking training participation and maintaining training records
  • Reviewing user feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

About You

  • Previous experience in a Technology Trainer, IT Trainer, Learning & Development, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced formatting, styles, templates, and document management
  • Exposure to AI tools, learning management systems, legal technology, or document automation platforms
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage users at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality user support
  • Experience within a legal or professional services environment will be highly regarded
  • Understanding of Australian legal professional obligations is desirable
