FULL TIME EXPERIENCED CLIMBER JOB 

Sydney, Australia. $80-105,000 AU$ P.A.

Start date October to December 2026

We’re recruiting and hiring Climbing Arborists worldwide, specialising in working at height. Day-to-day work is varied, covering all aspects of tree care service delivery.

• Tree pruning and tree dead wooding
• Tree removal, tree dismantling and tree felling
• Tree health and maintenance
• Hedge cutting, weed control and waste chipping

The position is full time and permanent (following probationary period), offered for immediate start and will be subject to an assessment near Dorking, Surrey or Sydney if already in Australia.

Salary AU$80k to AU$105k depending on experience.

1. The UK recruitment process and climbing assessment is being undertaken on behalf of Arbor Pride by Hugh Parry. Applicants must be willing and eligible to work in Australia.

2. Visa sponsorship will be available for successful applicants. Please note: A temporary working visa is only available from the Australian government migration scheme for applicants under the age 35 whilst a sponsored visa is being processed.

3. Subsidised work based / industry training and career development opportunities will be supported to the right individuals for self-development and to improve the company’s skilled team.

4. All tools and equipment will be provided, but your own climbing kit is required for the assessment.
