Network Services Manager

In this pivotal role, you will oversee corporate infrastructure, maintain high-availability data centre environments, and lead an internal network engineering team. If you possess deep technical expertise in Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto Networks combined with strong people leadership skills, this is the perfect opportunity to make an immediate impact.What You Will Do:

• Oversee Corporate Infrastructure: Ensure seamless uptime, connectivity, and performance across all corporate offices and sites.

• Manage Data Centre Environments: Maintain the integrity of data centre operations, ensuring Palo Alto security protocols are strictly adhered to.

• Lead and Support the Team: Provide clear direction to the internal network engineering team, helping to unblock technical hurdles.

• Drive Project Delivery: Set clear deliverables and drive accountability to ensure network projects stay on schedule.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for network issues, collaborating closely with external vendors and internal business units.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Data Centre Expertise: Extensive experience managing, maintaining, and scaling high-availability data centre environments.

• Vendor Ecosystems: Hands-on experience and a deep understanding of Cisco Meraki (for corporate/branch sites) and Palo Alto Networks (firewalls and security architecture).

• People Leadership: A proven track record of managing engineering and network teams, setting clear deliverables, and driving accountability.

• Assessing Centre Experience: Familiarity with the unique operational and network footprint of insurance assessing hubs (fast turnaround, specific imaging/data needs) is a strong advantage.

• International Service Experience: Prior exposure to managing cross-border network services, global vendors, or distributed international teams is highly regarded.
