The Q Automotive Group is a family-owned company that has been established for over 40 years, representing leading brands including Ford, Toyota, MG, Suzuki, Isuzu Ute, Mercedes-Benz, Chery and Jaecoo.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Q Ford team in Beenleigh.

This is a customer service-focused role where you will become an integral part of the customer journey, helping to deliver a premium experience to customers interacting with our Service Department. Previous experience in an automotive dealership or a similar environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Responsibilities :

• Scheduling customer appointments
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Responding to online enquiries
• Reviewing and preparing appointments for the following day
• Assisting with customer enquiries and providing exceptional service
• Greeting and assisting customers visiting our Service Department
• Managing enquiries efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining a welcoming and presentable front-of-house area

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A customer-first mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Excellent time management skills
• Confident written and verbal communication abilities
• The ability to work effectively within a small team environment
• Dealership experience is advantageous but not essential
