We are on the lookout for the newest member of our front of house team!

Osteria Ilaria is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professional to join our team. We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable front of house professional with a vibrant personality and an eagerness to work as a team.

Approaching our 10th year, Ilaria is a staple of Melbourne's hospitality scene, offering contemporary Italian fare alongside an impressive list of wines from around the world. Work alongside seasoned professionals in a fast paced and dynamic city venue. Full or part-time hours available. A great opportunity to join an award-winning venue in the heart of Melbourne CBD. 

The role will require you to have:

• Cocktail experience in bars and/or restaurants
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast paced, busy restaurant
• Previous experience in hatted venues advantageous but not essential
• A can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and an eagerness to learn
• Warm, polished and attentive service
• Attention to detail and desire to offer exceptional hospitality
• Great communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team
• Drive, initiative and an interest in the Melbourne food and wine scene
• Wine knowledge an advantage but not essential
