    An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a highly regarded real estate agency in Sydney’s St George area. Known for their strong local presence, supportive team culture, and long-standing reputation in the market, this is the perfect role for someone looking to take ownership of growth and make a real impact.

    This agency has built a loyal client base through exceptional service, strong community involvement, and a people-first approach — and they’re now looking for a driven BDM to continue expanding their rent roll.

    The Role
    Working closely with a high-performing property management team, your responsibilities will include:

    • Drive new business growth and prospecting to secure new property management listings
    • Conduct rental appraisals and market assessments
    • Respond to and manage enquiries from referrals, portals, walk-ins, and CRM
    • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with landlords
    • Oversee onboarding and pre-leasing processes for new managements
    • Conduct open homes and manage pipeline activity within CRM systems

    About You

    • Previous experience in a Business Development within real estate
    • Confident, motivated, and proactive attitude
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
    • Current NSW Real Estate Licence, reliable vehicle and valid NSW Driver’s Licence
