Site Supervisor (Residential)

Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Residential Site Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis in Perth. This role is suited to someone who thrives on-site, enjoys managing multiple residential builds, and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. The position is focused purely on construction operations, with no client-facing or office-based responsibilities.
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities across multiple homes at various stages, coordinating trades, managing materials, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. This is a key role requiring strong leadership on-site, attention to detail, and the ability to keep projects moving efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising day-to-day residential construction activities on site
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades in line with schedules
- Overseeing multiple builds at different construction stages
- Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and standards
- Monitoring workmanship and maintaining high quality across all stages
- Managing construction timelines and trade sequencing
- Ordering, tracking, and managing materials on site
- Identifying and resolving on-site issues and defects
- Conducting site inspections and managing pre-handover works
- Ensuring compliance with NCC requirements and safety regulations
- Providing regular updates on project progress to management
What you’ll need:
- Strong experience supervising residential builds in Western Australia
- Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate trades effectively
- Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and standards
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
- Trade background (carpentry preferred) with practical skills
- Experience using construction software such as Buildxact, Buildertrend, or Procore
- Current driver’s licence and White Card
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
