We are a busy and growing fresh salad manufacturing company looking for reliable
Material Batching
Workers to join our production team. You’ll play a key role in preparing raw materials for daily salad production, ensuring quality and consistency across batches.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients according to batch recipes
- Prepare and stage raw materials for the production line
- Ensure traceability and labelling of all ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the batching area
- Follow food safety, quality, and OHS procedures
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, cold-room environment
Requirements
- Previous food processing or batching experience is an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and work to a schedule
- Physically fit – able to lift up to 15–20kg
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player
- Must have valid work rights in Australia
