Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join their premium furniture showroom in Joondalup.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the showroom's day-to-day performance, with a strong focus on sales, team leadership and customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving sales performance and exceeding KPIs
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
• Delivering an exceptional and personalised customer experience
• Building strong customer relationships and maximising sales opportunities
• Maintaining premium showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Managing stock, operations and financial performance
• Leading by example and creating a positive, high-performance culture

About You

Our client is looking for someone with:

• Previous Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
• A proven track record in high-ticket or consultative sales, ideally within furniture, homewares or another big-ticket retail environment
• A natural sales focus and strong commercial awareness
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional presentation and a genuine passion for customer service
• Flexibility to work Saturdays, with a weekday off
