A well-established organisation based in West Perth is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Case Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity for an experienced workplace relations professional who can confidently manage complex employee and industrial relations matters from day one.


Your new role


Working as part of a collaborative team, you will manage a diverse caseload of workplace relations matters, providing advice, advocacy, and support on a range of complex issues.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee and industrial relations cases from inception to resolution
  • Investigating workplace complaints, grievances, and disputes
  • Providing advice on awards, agreements, policies, and employment legislation
  • Representing stakeholders through workplace meetings and investigations
  • Preparing reports, recommendations, and case documentation
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including legal and HR professionals
  • Delivering high-quality advice and support on sensitive workplace matters

What you'll need to succeed


Previous industrial or employee relations experience is essential.


You may currently be working as an:

  • Employee Relations Advisor
  • Industrial Relations Advisor
  • Workplace Relations Consultant
  • Industrial Officer
  • HR Business Partner with strong ER exposure
  • Senior HR Advisor
  • Union Organiser or Industrial Advocate
  • Employment Relations professional within the public or private sector

You will also possess:

  • Strong knowledge of workplace legislation, awards, and industrial frameworks
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing disputes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and report-writing capability
  • The ability to manage complex and sensitive matters independently
  • Availability to commence immediately
