Your new role


We are currently seeking experienced ROM Loader Operators for ongoing work within the processing department. This is a FIFO role from Brisbane, Cairns, or Townsville, working a 2/2 roster across day and night 12‑hour shifts.


In this role, you will be operating loaders in the ROM and processing areas, managing stockpiles and feeding the crusher to support safe and efficient plant operations.

What you'll need to succeed


To be considered for this role, you must have:

• 2-3 years' experience operating loaders in a ROM, processing, crushing, or quarry environment
• A current RII Loader Ticket
• Current C Class Driver Licence
• Proven experience managing stockpiles and feeding crushers or hoppers
• The ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including:
• ECG
• RSHQ MMQ medical (including Chest X‑Ray)
