About The Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Scaffold and Rope Access Traineeship Program at Worsley Refinery - South32.

This program provides hands-on training, mentoring, and practical site experience, giving you the opportunity to build a long-term career in access work within the mining and maintenance industry.

About You

  • 18 years +
  • Drivers License - Full C Class
  • Fit and healthy
  • Motivated and eager to learn Availability to commit to a 4:2 / 4:4 roster
  • Looking for long term work opportunities in the mining sector
