About The Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Scaffold and Rope Access Traineeship Program at Worsley Refinery - South32.
This program provides hands-on training, mentoring, and practical site experience, giving you the opportunity to build a long-term career in access work within the mining and maintenance industry.

About You
- 18 years +
- Drivers License - Full C Class
- Fit and healthy
- Motivated and eager to learn Availability to commit to a 4:2 / 4:4 roster
