The Role

Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our Hotels team at Crown Towers Perth. In this hands-on leadership role, you will support the daily operations of the Front Desk, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will oversee Front Desk operations during your shift, ensuring seamless service delivery, strong team performance, and adherence to Crown’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise daily Front Desk operations including check-in, check-out and guest services

  • Lead, coach and support a team to deliver exceptional service standards

  • Act as the key escalation point for guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally

  • Monitor room availability, allocations, and ensure efficient operational flow

  • Drive guest satisfaction through personalised service and attention to detail

  • Support labour planning, rostering efficiency, and operational productivity

About you

You are an experienced hotel professional who thrives in a guest-focused environment and enjoys leading from the front.

  • Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution capabilities

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience with Opera or similar property management systems (advantageous)

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
