IT Service Desk Analyst - Level 2

Company Overview

Profusion is working with a leading financial services client who are seeking a motivated Level 2 IT Service Desk Analyst to join their high performing and close-knit team.

Role Overview

In this role you'll provide Level 2 support covering escalated support for the internal business, in an ITIL framework. You will provide excellent customer service and technical expertise.

This will include but not limited to: 

• End-user support
• Ability to prioritize urgent tickets
• Voice & Video Conferencing support
• IT Asset Management (Hardware & Software)
• Liaising with business stakeholders

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years in IT Desktop Support in a corporate environment
• A strong customer service focus
• ITIL experience.
• ServiceNow ticketing system experience.
• University Degree inc Windows and Networking subjects
• Windows 10/11, Windows Server OS, MS Office suite (2016 – 365),
• Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Teams
• Voice and Video Conferencing support (MS Teams & Creston Hardware)
• Citrix XenApp (Virtual Desktop) & Citrix Gateway (VPN)
• Remote Desktop support
• IT Asset Management (Hardware & Software)
• User/Account administration

Exposure to the following preferred:

• Network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls and UPS units
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration
• Security (Web and Email)
• Deployment – software management (SCCM & InTune)
• Microsoft SharePoint & Viva Engage
• Microsoft 365 Administration including Teams
