Senior or Lead Rehabilitation Consultant - OT, PT, EP, Chiro, Psych or RC

Our client is an innovative provider of Workplace Health & Rehabilitation services across Australia. Part of a respected allied health group, their WA team has grown significantly in recent years.



 
We're recruiting a Senior or Lead Rehabilitation Consultant in West Perth. Interest from Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists & Rehabilitation Counsellors is welcome.

The Team
Join a close-knit team of ~12 in West Perth, within a broader national network. A mix of experienced clinicians and early career professionals, in a collaborative, supportive environment. Strong recent growth and a team-focused approach quality care.

The Job  

• Manage a caseload across Workers' Compensation & WA Police portfolios
• Deliver rehabilitation, RTW & injury management services
• Build stakeholder relationships and manage key accounts
• Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
• Achieve billable targets & generate repeat referrals
• Contribute to team growth, mentoring (Lead level) and service development - Metro-based with optional regional travel

The Perfect Candidate  

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor or Psychologist; ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist or ASORC-accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
• 2+ years' Workplace Rehabilitation or Injury Management experience
• Suit an established Consultant ready for the next step
• Strong organisation, communication & stakeholder management skills
• Team-oriented and able to work independently
