- Design and implement an integrated master scheduling and resource planning framework.
- Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules, demand forecasts and capacity plans.
- Analyse workforce utilisation, identify constraints and manage scheduling risks.
- Provide scenario modelling, reporting and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Establish governance, processes, documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure sustainable capability.
- Proven experience developing and managing integrated master schedules for large, complex programs.
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Project or equivalent enterprise scheduling tools.
- Strong workforce planning, resource management, forecasting and capacity analysis skills.
- Experience working with specialist technical teams in complex environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience within highly regulated or security-focused environments.
- Active NV2 Security Clearance required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Australian Citizenship and an active NV2 Security Clearance are mandatory Only candidates meeting this requirement can be considered.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced EL1 Master Scheduler to join a high‑performing program and portfolio management team. You will be involved in designing and implementing an integrated program scheduling and resource management framework for Security Infrastructure delivery activities.
Your new role
The Master Scheduler will be establishing and implementing an integrated scheduling and resource management framework supporting Security Infrastructure projects and operational activities. Working closely with program managers, technical specialists and executives, you will drive workforce planning, resource forecasting, capacity management and scheduling governance to ensure delivery priorities are achieved.
