The Role

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely alongside the Venue Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations, lead service on the floor, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll support team development, drive service standards, manage stock control and ordering, and help create a positive, high-performing culture. Ideal for a hospitality professional with strong restaurant experience, wine knowledge, and a passion for leading from the front.

Skills & Attributes

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality
• Strong front-of-house restaurant background with solid wine knowledge
• Calm, organised and professional under pressure in fast-paced service environments
• Current RSA and RP Badge with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
