Empire Hospitality is expanding its elite housekeeping leadership team in Perth. We are seeking experienced, polished professionals ready to uphold luxury standards, mentor staff, and support seamless hotel operations within one of Perth’s leading 5‑star hotels.
Available Positions
1. Senior Housekeeping Supervisor – Full‑Time or PPT (Grade 5)
Minimum 3 years’ 5‑star hotel experience required
Lead daily operations, conduct quality audits, support training, and ensure every room meets luxury brand expectations. Note: The distinction between Senior Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Supervisor will be determined at our discretion based on experience, capability, and operational requirements.
2. Housekeeping Supervisor – Full‑Time or PPT (Grade 4)
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor Oversee room attendants, manage productivity targets, conduct inspections, and maintain smooth daily workflow.
3. Housekeeping Trainer – Full‑Time
Monday to Friday | Dual role: Trainer + Supervisor Deliver structured training, conduct competency checks, support onboarding, and maintain consistent standards across the team.
