Victim Registers - Coordinator

About This Role

What You Will Do

As coordinator – victim registers, you will support victims of crime through sensitive and important work.

You will help maintain the registers while providing clear information and support to victims and partner agencies.

You Will

• provide trauma-informed support to victims through phone, email and written communication
• maintain accurate register records, systems, policies and procedures
• prepare clear reports, correspondence and advice for staff and partner agencies
• analyse statistical data and help improve reporting and service delivery
• build positive working relationships across the justice and victim support systems.

About You

You should have at least 2–3 years' experience in a service delivery setting. Qualifications in social work, criminal justice or similar fields are highly desirable.

You Should Also Have

• experience delivering trauma-informed services to victims of crime
• strong understanding of the criminal justice, victim services or youth justice systems
• experience maintaining databases and analysing statistical information
• excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
