- Leading the strategic direction and future development of Orthopaedic Services across Central Queensland Health
- Delivering high-quality specialist Orthopaedic care within a major regional referral hospital
- Driving clinical governance, patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
- Leading workforce planning, recruitment and departmental performance
- Supervising and mentoring Orthopaedic trainees, junior doctors and medical students
- Supporting research, education and innovation within the department
- Working collaboratively with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensuring equitable, high-quality Orthopaedic services across multiple Central Queensland Health facilities
