Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising warehouse staff
• Coordinating inbound and outbound freight activities
• Perform forklift operations as required to support warehouse activities
• Managing inventory accuracy and stock control
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements
• Workforce planning and daily operational coordination
• Training, mentoring and developing team members

About You:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution or storage environments
• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience in operating a forklift
• Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse processes
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
