Payroll Administrator

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an established organisation based in Thame to recruit a Payroll Administrator . The Payroll Administrator will receive a salary up to £35,000 (potentially negotiable) along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working!

This could potentially be considered part time - 4 days per week.

Primary responsibilities;

• Support the accurate and timely processing of payrolls.
• Process payroll information, checking data for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with payroll adjustments, advances and other payroll-related changes.
• Process statutory deductions and other required payroll calculations.
• Support payroll reconciliations and validation checks.
• Assist with payroll reporting and compliance checks.
• Process employee timesheets and investigate and manage exceptions.
• Collect and process client timesheets in line with agreed deadlines.
• Maintain accurate payroll and employee data within our payroll systems.
• Work with our Sage payroll software and a range of MSP platforms used for timesheet processing.
• Manage and process information received through our in-house online timesheet system.
• Complete file uploads, data transfers and integrations accurately and within required timescales.
• Support the administration of third-party portals.
