The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Service Coordinators to join our Operations team based in our brand-new Cronulla Office. Possessing excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt to our fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of all preventative and reactive facilities maintenance works to our range of clients nation-wide. This opportunity will suit someone who is looking to be part of a fast-growing company and develop into an integral person within Modus.

Key Responsibilities

Our Service Coordinators manage the end-to-end delivery of all facilities maintenance repair requests, including:

  • Allocation of works to our local Trades and Service Delivery Partners
  • Effective End to End work order management; ensuring job requests meet customer expectations and KPI’s.
  • Receive and manage incoming calls and emails accordingly
  • Building effective working relationships with our regular contractors and Modus technicians
  • Responding to Priority maintenance requests and coordinating timely responses
  • Maintain and manage accurate data in the Modus database; TSM
  • Delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Adherence to our safety and escalations protocols.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills
  • Attention to detail and desire for accuracy.
  • Confident and professional phone technique
  • Ability to build effective relationships and manage stakeholder service needs and expectations.
  • Effective time management to deliver on goals.
  • Ability to develop knowledge of Modus Systems and processes
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • An understanding of adherence to Key Performance measures
  • Experience in using Contact Centre Platforms, Knowledge Management Systems, SharePoint etc – Preferred
