We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Housekeepers and Hotel Services Assistants to join our team across our facilities at Tewantin and Cooroy. This flexible role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a variety of tasks and are passionate about providing excellent service to our residents.

About the Role

As a Hotel Services Assistant, you will play an important role in the daily lives of our residents by helping to maintain a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment. This is a dual-role position, combining hospitality, meal service and housekeeping duties. You will receive training and support across both areas, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills while working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

In this varied role, you'll support residents' comfort, wellbeing and quality of life by assisting with meal service, dining room support, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and contributing wherever needed.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, cleaning, food service or aged care (preferred but not essential)

• Be reliable, organised and committed to delivering high-quality work

• Have excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Be able to work effectively as part of a supportive team

• Be committed to maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff
