I'm working with an agency in Brisbane who are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their team and take ownership of end-to-end digital channels.

  • Salary up to $120K + Super (flexible for the right person)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience owning paid media campaigns
  • exposure to organic, SEO, EDM, Influencer campaigns is highly preferred

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of both the strategy and hands-on execution of digital marketing initiatives across channels including paid media, SEO, email marketing, social media, and content. You’ll be responsible for developing data-driven strategies that align with business objectives while also leading the day-to-day delivery, optimisation, and performance analysis of campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and ROI. Working closely with creative, content, and development teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered effectively from concept through to execution, continuously refining activity based on insights and performance data. You’ll also manage budgets, present recommendations and results to stakeholders, support and mentor junior team members, and stay ahead of emerging trends and platform developments within the digital landscape.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

  • Minimum 4 years of experience owning strategy AND execution across digital channels
  • Experience managing large paid media budgets
  • Must have experience working within an agency or fast-paced environment
  • Experience creating long-term brand strategy
  • A go-getter attitude
  • Open to upskilling and personal development
