Casual Retail Assistant - Clarks Eastland VIC

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Clarks EASTLAND .

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences
• Fitting customers with the right footwear and offering product recommendations
• Driving sales through confident product knowledge and add-on selling
• Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Supporting the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets

What we’re looking for:

• A positive, energetic attitude and strong communication skills
• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Confidence in approaching customers and building rapport
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and late trade
• Main days of work but not limited to are, Tuesday, Thursday nights, Saturdays
