We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer - Graduate Bridging Program to provide effective high-level administrative support for our Graduate Bridging Program within the Operational Capability Department.
This is a Part-Time (0.7FTE), Fixed Term position ending June 2027. While WFH/Hybrid are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Sunshine Capability Hub in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the Commencing Practice Lead, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
- Provide high level administration support and assistance, including coordinating information, collating presentations and documentation, and preparing communications and reports as requested
- Maintain an effective and efficient filing system in consultation with Central Records to ensure all information is centrally recorded in HPRM, stored confidentially and readily accessible
- Provide a high degree of quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders whilst acting as the initial point of contact for the Lead Commencing Practice
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess related qualifications with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience:
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing secretarial and administrative support within a large organisation or department.
- Proven experience in using computerised financial and management information systems, word processing and spread sheeting applications including intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Previous experience with an Oracle database and enterprise level learning management system (desirable)
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and the Internet
