ABOUT YOU

You:

• are an NSW admitted lawyer with minimum 1 year post-admission experience with leading firms/in-house in EITHER construction/infrastructure/major projects/property development law (either advisory/transactional OR litigation or preferably both) OR commercial litigation in superior courts ;
• have strong technical legal/analytical/problem-solving/drafting+ negotiation/advocacy skills;
• desire a stimulating+ challenging mixed front (advisory/transactions)+back-end (litigation) role in the construction law nich e intimately involved in the A to Z of cases with client contact +back-up top mentors to continue your learning;
