About the role

You’ll play a key part in our operations, ensuring customer orders are loaded accurately, safely, and efficiently. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently 
• Optimise loading areas to improve workflow
• Secure loads correctly to ensure safe transport
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely
• Pick and pack shed orders
• Support load scanning and IT initiatives
• Work closely with the Transport Manager, Loading Supervisor, and OH&S team
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist team members as required
• Perform overtime when needed
• Undertake other reasonable duties as directed

  Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday 3:30am -11:30am

  What We’re Looking For

• Forklift licence (essential)

• Experience loading metal products (highly regarded)
• Confident operating overhead gantry cranes
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Able to lift up to 20kg repetitively
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
