Logistics Network Coordinator

Our client is seeking an experienced Logistics Network Coordinator to join their supply chain team. Reporting to the Logistics Contract & Relationship Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing transport performance, supporting third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and driving continuous improvement across a national logistics network.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing data, improving processes, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor transport provider performance against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Resolve transport and delivery issues while ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Prepare transport performance and financial reporting.
  • Support management of 3PL providers and logistics contracts.
  • Analyse freight costs, invoices and rate cards to identify discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain transport and logistics data within SAP and associated systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Warehousing teams to optimise logistics outcomes.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across transport and warehousing operations.
  • Support transport scheduling and network optimisation through Transport Management Systems (TMS).
  • Contribute to logistics projects and the implementation of national best practices.

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Experience within logistics, transport, supply chain or warehousing environments.
  • Exposure to managing or working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP (highly regarded).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and delivering operational excellence.
  • The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
