What You'll Be Doing:

• Support clients in their day-to-day liveswith personal care, social support and community outings.

• Deliver the highest quality, person-centred, care to clients.

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.

• Work within a diverse team to deliver best practice care that supports and enhances client needs and well-being.

To Be Successful, Youll Need:

• Certificate III or IV, or equivalent

• Police Check

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Valid Australian Working Rights

• ABN
