Job Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Strategy and Product to influence business performance and investment decisions
• Lead end-to-end financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Deliver insightful management reporting, including variance analysis, performance trends, and forward-looking projections
• Provide strategic input into investment decisions through robust business cases, scenario modelling, and ROI analysis
• Lead pricing and monetisation strategy reviews, including yield optimisation and customer segment performance analysis
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and delivery of sustainable efficiencies
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting, processes, and insights through automation and enhanced analytics
• Lead and develop a team of 1-2 direct reports, building capability and a high-performance culture

The Successful Applicant

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA/CPA qualification
• Experience in a large, complex tech/SaaS/fintech highly regarded
• Proven ability to influence decision making and challenge assumptions at an executive level
• Compelling financial modelling skill and ability to turn data into genuinely actionable insight
• An ability to not just tolerate but thrive in a fast paced environment
