Recruiter - Manufacturing & Distribution

Food, Packaging & Supply Chain | First Grade Group

We’re expanding into manufacturing and distribution across food production, packaging, and 3PL supply chains, and we’re looking for a recruiter to build this desk from the ground up.

This is a focused, high‑trust niche build — not a volume desk. You’ll start by owning candidate supply and developing deep expertise in food production, packaging, and distribution environments, before growing into a true 360 recruitment role.
You’ll be supported by a senior BDM, helping you develop the commercial side of the desk and accelerate your path to success.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in food manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or industrial recruitment, or strong operational understanding of these environments
• Ability to engage credibly and confidently with operations leaders
• A builder mindset — motivated to create, own, and grow a specialist desk
• Focus on long‑term relationships, not activity metrics
• Discipline to stay within a defined niche and build a strong market reputation
