Paradiso Airlie Beach Pty Ltd, located in Airlie Beach QLD 4802, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join their team.




Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu requirements
• Ensure food is prepared to a high standard of quality, consistency, and presentation
• Assist with planning and organising daily food preparation activities
• Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to maintain efficiency and quality
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
• Inspect raw ingredients and prepared food to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Assist with stock rotation, storage, and minimising food wastage
• Work cooperatively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations

About you:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Cook
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food quality standards

Salary:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
