Warehouse Webstore Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Webstore Manager to oversee warehouse operations to ensure accurate dispatch of customer orders from the online store. This role also supports the Online Store team in managing customer enquiries and contributing to the smooth day to day operation of the Drummond Golf Online store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for logistics and e-commerce, contributing to the efficiency and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and timely picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders from the online warehouse 
• Manage customer returns and warranty claims, liaising with suppliers and keeping customers informed throughout the process 
• Receive, check and store incoming stock in line with safety guidelines, and conduct regular stocktakes of webstore inventory 
• Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, trolleys, ladders) and uphold workplace health and safety standards 
• Co-ordinate custom golf club orders with suppliers and keep customers updated on order status and progress 
• Undertake general administration for the online store, including processing invoices/credits and maintaining accurate documentation 
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of productivity

What you could bring

• 4+ years of proven experience in warehouse management (e-commerce operations will be viewed upon favourably)
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and webstore platforms
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
• Strong communication and leadership skills with previous experience managing a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
• You must have a current forklift licence
