About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals for a unique hybrid position that is 50% warehouse operations and 50% data entry. Working with a global leader in information management and logistics, this dual-function role requires you to seamlessly bridge the gap between active floor work and accurate office administration. You will spend your day moving stock and operating machinery, while also managing data utilising Excel spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations (Floor): Execute physical inventory tasks, operate RF scanners, and safely drive tugger equipment to move inventory across the facility.
• Data Entry & Math (Office/Station): Accurately input stock data into Excel spreadsheets, process numerical records, and perform routine mathematical calculations for stock control.
• Inventory Verification: Reconcile physical stock against spreadsheet records, audit batch numbers, and update system logs.
• General Maintenance: Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to strict quality and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

• Full Working Rights (Australian Citizen and or Permanent Resident)
• Balanced skill set spanning both warehouse floor work and computer-based data entry.
• Hands-on experience with RF scanning, pick-packing, and operating tuggers or similar warehouse equipment.
• Solid mathematical aptitude and strong numerical accuracy.
• Practical understanding of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (data entry, basic navigation, simple formulas).
• Physical capability to comfortably perform active floor duties throughout the shift.
• Current Police check within the last 6 months and or willingness to take one
