Our client is a government agency based in Hobart, looking for a Change Lead.
Your new role
- The Change Lead is responsible for leading and delivering the business transformation and organisational readiness activities required to support implementation.
- Translate the Business Transformation Framework into practical, sequenced activities and deliverables. Maintain an integrated view of business impacts, stakeholders, readiness, communications, capability and adoption.
- Maintain traceability between solution/process changes, impacted stakeholders and required interventions.
- Support the Program's business readiness approach and assessments.
- Establish the relevant measurable readiness criteria and work with business owners to assign and progress readiness actions.
What you'll need to succeed
Lead stakeholder engagement and communications across impacted business areas.Establish effective engagement with leaders, managers, SMEs and end users.Ensure communications are timely, targeted and aligned with Program delivery.Oversee training and capability development, ensuring requirements are informed by confirmed processes, solution impacts and role requirements.Support adoption, transition and post-implementation reinforcement.
