Senior Technical Consultant - ECM (OpenText)

What You’ll Be Doing The ECM Technical Consultant is an experienced and customer-focused professional with a strong background in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) solutions, specifically within the OpenText suite. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the design, implementation, and support of OpenText’s Extended ECM platform, as well as awareness of other ECM products such as OpenText Content Manager (Micro Focus), OpenText Documentum, or Objective.
- You will have a proven track record working in a professional services environment, delivering high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within team and project settings.
- Design, configure, and implement OpenText Enterprise Information Management solutions, with a focus on Extended ECM and related ECM platforms, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide expert-level support for deployed solutions, resolving issues promptly and ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, delivering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within scope, contributing to all phases of project delivery including planning, execution, testing, and handover.
- Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation, solution designs, and client communications. Ensure stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and outcomes.
