YOUR ROLE

As the RIGHT HAND to both the Managing Partner (one of NSW’s most highly respected top ACCREDITED SPECIALIST personal injury lawyers)+a top-notch Senior Lawyer with 25+ years’ experience who have flourishing COLOURFUL practices across CTP/motor vehicle accidents, civil liability and medical negligence , you will love the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of making a positive difference in the ‘REAL’ lives of injured people.

You will be intimately involved in the day to day file management from start to finish - liaising with clients/doctors/solicitors/insurers, preparation of court documents/ correspondence, preparing briefs to barristers.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• Are EITHER a junior lawyer (2+ years exp) OR a paralegal (4+ years’ exp) WITH personal injury experience including specifically in CTP/motor vehicle accidents (ESSENTIAL)+public liability+ medical/professional negligence (PREFERABLE);
• have strong Microsoft Office (including Word) skills;
• have outstanding communication+ people skills;
• are super organized+ deadline driven+proactive ;
• have proven ability to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
• are willing+ able to commit FULL-TIME to a minimum initial 12 month term (and potentially ongoing thereafter).
