Project Coordinator

About the Role

Green Light is seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support a major infrastructure and technology implementation program based in Brisbane CBD.

This role will coordinate implementation, integration, and testing activities across multiple technical workstreams and vendors within a construction and IT delivery environment. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and onsite stakeholders to ensure activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules.

While the role is primarily focused on IT delivery, experience working within construction environments is highly desirable. The position includes onsite coordination responsibilities and may require early starts (approximately 6–7am) to support implementation and testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite implementation and testing activities across multiple project workstreams
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting delivery activities
• Coordinate vendors and delivery partners throughout design, implementation, testing, and deployment phases
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, site personnel, and project stakeholders
• Maintain project schedules, action registers, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Monitor implementation progress and escalate risks or delivery concerns as required
• Support system integration and testing activities across multiple vendor groups
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated accurately
• Participate in onsite meetings, implementation windows, and testing events
• Assist with project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar project delivery role
• Experience supporting infrastructure, technology, or systems implementation projects
• Strong coordination skills across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams
• Experience supporting testing, deployment, and implementation activities
• Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities within fast-paced project environments
• Experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and meeting outcomes
• Comfortable working onsite and supporting implementation schedules with early morning starts when required

Highly Desirable

• Experience working on projects within construction environments
• White Card certification (If you don’t have a White Card, we ill pay for your White Card Certification)
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors across design, integration, and testing activities
• Exposure to network, infrastructure, or systems delivery projects
