- Provide detailed financial advice relating to civil infrastructure projects
- Analyse and interpret financial data to deliver clear, timely insights
- Manage competing priorities to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Apply relevant policies, procedures, and financial frameworks
- Conduct governance checks to ensure compliance prior to processing requests
- Prepare and process financial documentation, including:
- Financial approvals
- General and timesheet journals
- Building Infrastructure Fairness claims
- Contract reconciliations
- Maintain accurate tracking registers using Excel and SharePoint
- Liaise with Project Managers regarding financial requirements
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion
- Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders when required
- The ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- High attention to detail and sound judgement

About the Role

Working closely with Project Managers and a broader finance team, you will contribute to effective financial management, compliance, and governance across infrastructure delivery.
