Labourer (Shed Builder)

We are a stable and growing company and have an opportunity for a healthy and fit person to join our team at Metrowest Technical Projects to help us with constructing chicken sheds.

This fulltime fixed term position will be based on a site close to Perth and will be available for a period of 6 months with the opportunity to extend.

Requirements:

- Must have work rights

- Must be fit and healthy

- Must have their own transport

Duties will include:

- Use of power tools such as drills, Impact drivers, grinders, and saws

- Measuring and cutting various materials for install flashings, fridge panel, RHS steel

- Installing different mechanical components, feeders, drinkers, and nesting areas that make up the aviary systems.

- Helping lift steel work and fridge panel into position with team and fixing it into place.

- Sealing panels, flashings and framing

- Removing construction debris, packing away tools, and ensuring the area is safe and ready for farm operations
