Your new role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager Mechanical Building Services to lead the successful delivery of mechanical services projects from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for managing project scope, budgets, schedules and stakeholder engagement while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing mechanical building services projects across various sectors
Coordinating design, engineering and delivery teams
Monitoring project budgets, timelines and resource allocation
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities
Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with quality, safety and compliance standards
Providing leadership and mentorship to project team members
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Building Services industry
Strong knowledge of mechanical building services systems and project delivery
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors and consultants
Relevant engineering or project management qualifications
