Your new role


This position requires a delivery driver that holds their current MR licence at a minimum. This role will see you working for a local Townsville logistics company performing local parcel deliveries. You will be working in a Monday to Friday position, loading your truck alongside the warehouse staff and completing local parcel drops and unloading customer orders.


What you'll need to succeed


To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Minimum MR licence; HR licence is highly desirable
• Proven experience in a delivery driver role
• Strong knowledge of Townsville and surrounding areas
• Excellent driving record and safety awareness.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

What you'll get in return


In return, our client can offer an immediate start pending inductions, a drug and alcohol screening and police check. You will be working a 38-hour week earning $35ph + penalties for any overtime worked. This role has the view of transitioning into a permanent role for the right candidate.
