The Opportunity

As a Senior Prestart Consultant , you will report to the Admin Manager and work across residential projects in a diverse, customer-focused role. You will provide expert guidance throughout the prestart process, ensuring clients enjoy a smooth and efficient selections experience while contributing to successful project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Guide clients through their selections and finishes in a beautiful, standout onsite showroom
  • Provide expert advice and support throughout the prestart process
  • Assist with general administration, documentation and coordination of client details
  • Provide administrative support throughout the contract process, with contracts prepared by a dedicated team member
  • Prepare, update and maintain addenda's
  • Assist other team members as required
  • No construction client liaison responsibilities

To Be Successful You will ideally have

  • 4+ years' experience as a Prestart Consultant within a residential building environment
  • A forward-thinking, collaborative and encouraging approach
  • An approachable and professional personality
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong customer-centric focus
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a supportive team environment
