Head of Logistics for CTT

Location: Chatswood, NSW, 2067 Full-Time: Immediate start Job Title: Head of Logistics Salary range: $180,100.00 - $200,000.00 + Superannuation About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Logistics to lead our end-to-end supply chain, from farm to customer. This senior role combines strategy, team leadership, and hands-on execution to ensure on-time, cost-efficient, and compliant product flow for our perishable farming operations. Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the end-to-end logistics strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Lead and develop the logistics, warehousing, and distribution teams; foster a safety- and performance-driven culture.
• Plan demand and inventory with production, manage cold-chain logistics, and optimize stock levels.
• Oversee inbound/outbound transportation, carrier selection, rate negotiation, routing, and last-mile delivery.
• Ensure food safety, product traceability, labelling, and regulatory compliance (Australian standards).
• Implement and optimize ERP/WMS/TMS solutions; leverage data to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs (OTIF, order accuracy, transport cost per unit, inventory turns, spoilage, safety).

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in logistics/supply chain with leadership experience; experience in agriculture/food supply chain, logistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; proficient with ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
• Knowledge of Australian food safety/regulatory requirements; experience with perishable goods is a plus.
