YOUR ROLE
Reporting to+ being mentored 1:1 by a top-calibre Accredited Specialist Partner , you will relish the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of making a positive impact+ obtaining justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of their  TPD  claims.
IF you desire some variety, flexibility to also practice in:1) Public Liability 2) medical negligence 3) Workers Compensation 4) CTP OR 5) abuse (subject to your experience).

WHO YOU ARE

• are admitted as a solicitor with 2+ years (up to associate) personal injury law experience including at least minimum 12 months (or more) proven experience specificallymanaging your own TPD/Super files from start to finish;
• are meticulous with strong communication+ client management+ time prioritisation skills;
• are proactive, results driven with a high level of empathy & emotional intelligence ;
