- Lead and manage commissioning activities across multiple projects.
- Develop, review, and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
- Coordinate engineering, construction, subcontractor, and client teams throughout all commissioning phases.
- Oversee pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning, and performance verification activities.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve commissioning and operational issues.
- Monitor commissioning progress, budgets, contractual deliverables, and project performance.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and SHEQ requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop commissioning teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across commissioning processes and systems.
- Proven experience in a Commissioning Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong background delivering commissioning activities across utilities, energy, infrastructure, construction, or resources projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale commissioning programs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of project delivery, contracts, cost control, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong commitment to safety and a proven focus on SHEQ standards.
- Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Work on major energy and infrastructure projects across NSW and WA.

This is a project-based role supporting major projects across NSW and WA. We welcome applications from experienced commissioning professionals located anywhere in Australia, with travel to project sites required as part of the role.
