Lead Finance Transformation Across a Complex Organisation An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Commercial Advisory Manager to play a key role in delivering finance transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence, improve performance, and shape strategic decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone with a consulting mindset who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, solving complex business problems and leading change across finance and operational functions.

You'll work on high-profile transformation programs, influencing business leaders while helping deliver innovative solutions that improve financial performance, governance and organisational capability.

The Opportunity As part of a high-performing Commercial Advisory team, you'll partner with senior leaders to deliver finance transformation initiatives across a complex environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead finance transformation and business improvement initiatives from strategy through to implementation
• Partner with senior executives and business leaders to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and consultation sessions to drive alignment and engagement
• Develop business cases, financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Analyse commercial, operational and financial data to support decision making
• Design and improve finance processes, performance frameworks and reporting
• Translate complex concepts into clear executive presentations and recommendations
• Influence stakeholders across multiple business units to deliver successful outcomes
• Manage competing priorities while working independently across strategic projects

About You You'll be a commercially minded advisory professional with experience delivering finance transformation or strategic consulting engagements.
